At Eucalyptus Fitness, I believe in taking a holistic approach to health and wellness, focusing on the mind, body, and spirit as a whole. I aim to help families build sustainable health and wellness practices and overcome unhealthy habits. My services include personal training, group personal training (4-6 people), group fitness classes, family health and wellness consultations, nutrition coaching, cognitive behavioral therapy technique coaching, accountability coaching, and gut health and microbiome coaching. Additionally, I offer printable fitness, wellness, and nutrition trackers & journals, as well as various guides and programs including meal guides, recipe books, booty bible program, fat loss programs, and kids programs. I work with clients ages 6 and up, both virtually and in person, to develop personalized plans that fit their unique needs and goals. My goal is to help my clients achieve transformative and long-lasting results, including balance, strength, and vitality in all areas of their lives.

Nutrition Coaching

I will work with you to create a tailored nutrition guide that fits your needs and goals, and I will provide ongoing support and guidance to help you stay on track. I believe in empowering my clients with the knowledge they need to make informed choices about their nutrition, so my coaching sessions include education on the principles of nutrition and healthy eating habits. Mindset & Accountability Coaching
